I’m Anna. I’m saved by Jesus… married to A.J…. mama to Christian (Feb. 2010) and Eliza (Oct. 2011). I’m from Ohio, went to college in Illinois and Michigan, and ended up in Florida with my long-distance love. I studied ministry and English in college and my favorite privileges were working with orphans, inner-city kids, and refugees. I’m fascinated by other cultures, but I’m a bit of a homebody as well.

Right now I’m thankful to be at home caring for my family. I’m working on regaining my lifelong passion for reading, and I hope to become well-versed in good theology and practical biblical womanhood. A.J. and I are part of a Sovereign Grace church.

I’ve been blogging since May 2007 (it’s how I met my husband) and it gives me an outlet for my love of writing and helps me process my thoughts and share my passions. “Meeting” many of you online has been an incidental blessing. I love the little community I’m connected to here.
