Oh yes, I can relate. :) All the good that I ought to be and sometimes am truly is only from Christ by grace. Something I've noticed is that when I'm walking close to the Lord and these good qualities start to flourish, the temptation is really strong to start seeing them as coming from me, to think of myself as a good person. When this starts to happen God is usually faithful to allow me a glimpse (through a circumstance that brings out the worse in me, etc.) of what I really am without Him. Great thoughts, Anna. God has been teaching me a lot lately about this "beauty" found in the heart. I have also been struggling with fear and anxiety in areas of my life, so reading about a godly woman's lack of fear, and secure hope in God, is truly encouraging to me.
