With apologies to my male readers

My sister e-mailed me this morning and wrote, “It appears that you are having a bit of a difficulty getting back into the blogging swing of things… So, knowing you as I think I do, I would recommend a change of design for your site.” Being the obedient older sister that I am, I took her suggestion. But I didn’t want to spend a lot of time searching for a brand-new theme, so I just used one I had already uploaded awhile ago.

The problem with this theme is that even though I love the text layout, the page design is a bit more girly than I usually like – lots of flowers and pink! (Not that I don’t like flowers and pink, but I usually prefer a more universally appealing design.) But I think I’m going to go with it for awhile anyway.

What think you, dear readers – is it tolerable? :-)

I’m a pink person myself, so I rather like it, but yes, I do agree that it might tend to send your male readers screaming and running in the other direction! :P

I love it Anna, what a great job! :D

This male is fine with it so long as he’s not expected to follow suit on his own blog….

I like it! The only thing is that it seems to be too wide for the page. But maybe it’s only my computer. :)

I am not much of a pink person, but I like it.

You’re right, it probably is just a certain screen resolution, Tori… anyone else have that problem?

And thanks to everyone for saying you like it! :-)

I think it’s lovely. It’s too wide for my screen as well, but I can shift it along so all the main parts are in the screen at once.

Wow, I kinda like it! Funny, I just gave my blog a makeover too! Great minds think alike, huh? Great job.

I think it’s lovely for now, but I agree that a more “universally appealing” color works best for your blog since it doesn’t seem to be specifically geared at females. By the way, it seems to be too wide for my screen too. Nothing I can’t live with. ;)

Very girlie :) Also, very cool.

he he… no guys have commented yet.

If you want another girls opinion–I like it!

Anna, I think it looks great!
