Anna,

I love this poem and think you do a great job of expressing the emotions you are feeling at the moment. Hang in there and I pray this coming week will be one of a little more sleep and more time to get things done, etc!

I have read the book--last semester in World Lit, actually, It's a really good read, if you have some "free" time. ;) And the title is based off of the poem, which I enjoyed even more than the book. The poem's title is "The Second Coming"--look it up, it's amazing.

Anna...thanks for sharing this poem and picture into your thoughts. I was quite blessed by it. Know that I will pray for you this evening...that you will sleep well and be rested in the Lord when you awake tomorrow morning!

Thanks, Steph! You know the book "Things Fall Apart"? I've never read it, but I was thinking of that when I wrote the title. And I'm sure Yeats' poem was the source for that book... I remember reading that poem now that you mention it. Thanks for quoting the source though. You sure know your English Lit!

Hm...I like it. Very real.

Your title reminds me of that Yeats' poem:

"...things fall apart, the centre cannot hold, mere anarchy is loosed upon the world..."

I hope you're getting some sleep tonight! :)
