Jesus Is Enough

No matter what that void is, He is enough to make up for it. What a powerful, redeeming truth. It reminds me of another quote, this one from Betsie ten Boom, who died in a concentration camp:
“There is no pit so deep that He is not deeper still.”

How very true. I often have to remind myself that Jesus is all I need!
I would agree that Jesus is spiritually enough.
But I’d also have to point out that God placed us on the earth with other needs…emotional, physical, mental, things like that. Such as: the need for a husband/wife. God could have chosen to complete Adam with his own physical presence, but he instead chose to complete Adam by giving him Eve. This was the more difficult thing to do, for both God and Adam. But glory to God that we need other people.
At the end of the day, no matter who you are, your stage in life, etc, this truth is so important to embrace! Thanks for sharing!
