Weight Training

So I haven’t mentioned that one of the classes I’m taking this semester is weight training. I’m not kidding. Most people who know me would laugh at that statement, I think. I have to take an activities course in order to graduate, and that was the one that worked best with my schedule. I think that I am going to be amused at myself many times throughout the semester. I have been good at working out, but never at pumping iron.
Thankfully, though, the class is for females only. I don’t know how I would feel if I had to lift weights alongside guys. We won’t even go there.

Cool! Hope you enjoy it.
Hey! Weight training is excellent! I weight train and run, and there is absolutely nothing better than feeling so energized and healthy. Good for you, Anna.
Oh, I had to take that one, too. I had to do two classes for “physical education” so I chose weight lifting and bowling. I loved bowling, but I am not one to exercise.
Good luck!
I wish I could take that class! I have been lifting weightsa little bit, but I don’t know very much about how to do it…maybe you can tell me a wee bit…I confess, I am looking forward to going back to school!! Microbiology, here I come!
When I was in college, I took tai kwon do. I didn’t do so well with the balance and form required. I wish I’d had the weight training option–they say it’s a great way to build bone mass. Since I’m so “historical,” I’d best be working on bone mass so I don’t fall and break a hip or something.
Haha, sounds great! I hope you enjoy it
